Rolls of specific customized dimensions (width and length) can be made for the requirements of specific projects. This allows for a more accurate installation.
PRE-CUT PIECES
To fulfill the installation requirements of specific projects, PRF can provide the ACTiVA Rubber Flooring products pre-cut to specific sizes and shapes. This is done either at the time of manufacturing or with a sophisticated water jet cutting system.
KIT SUPPLY
Arrangements are normally made for the supply of the products in car kits, simplifying the sourcing of the material in the production line.
INSTALLATION
The PRF network of Flooring Contractors can integrate with the Vehicles Builders when an outside service is required.
TRAINING
Technical personnel of PRF regularly provides training and assistance to the vehicle manufacturers at the inception of the construction of the vehicles to assure adequate handling and installation of the products.
